The Blog
My blog is called 'A Life of Our Own' because I created it with plans to document life as me and my daughter (2 months old at the time) moved into a new apartment by ourselves, and began figuring out our own routine by ourselves, until I met a boy and his daughter. Now it's a whole new ballgame.
This Girl
I'm a Canadian girl in my mid-twenties. I'm a life-documenter, obsessed picture-taker, lazy crafter, and super slow reader. My life is mostly consumed by my babies. One of my favorite things in life is ice cream cake. (See more about me)
The Boyfriend
We met at the very beginning of 2012, very shortly after I started this blog about me and my baby girl. He fit too nicely into our lives, and all of a sudden 'A Life of Our Own' takes on a whole new meaning now that boyfriend has moved in, and we've started a new life together with us and our two baby girls. He's my big nerd, with a few too many feminine qualities, but he makes me laugh all the time and is the sweetest person in the world so I think I want to keep him. (See more about boyfriend)
Chloe - The Baby
My baby girl was born September 2011. She's a little diva named Chloe who loves to make her emotions known. She's a girly girl who loves her shoes and 'babies' and absolutely hates long trips in the car. She's my little world and watching her smile and play just kills me with happiness. Madi - The Bigger Baby
I met this little one the same night that I met her daddy. She is just over two. She's our little party girl who can bust out moves better than you see at the clubs. She loves her some Psy music, and anything with a beat. If she knows the song, she loves to sing along. (See more about Madi)
